Kristina Rothe is a successful producer/project lead with over a decade of experience in the software- and video game development industry. She has worked for both publishers and developers, from developing browser- and mobile games to AAA game development. She has worked in Europe as well as the US and enjoys bringing all of the different development approaches together.

Kristina’s passion is creating great products in an agile, collaborative way, which includes folding in ongoing community feedback and staying in touch with the community. Her mantra: inspect, adapt, communicate.

She is now running a creative business as a voice over artist and filmmaker, applying all the project management principles along the way.In her spare time, you can usually find her out and about on hiking trails in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, reading a book or playing video games.
